Had a fantastic time with my friends! We explored the Dallas World Aquarium and enjoyed the fun atmosphere near the gaming area. The outdoor patio was great for chilling out, and the overall place was clean and inviting. Definitely recommend for group trips!
Only downside was finding the pool area a bit crowded during our visit.

I was really impressed with how clean my room was and how early I was able to check in. The outdoor patio was perfect for chilling out while enjoying breakfast and the pool was refreshing. The only downside was the hallways could have been cleaner, but it didn't spoil my stay at all. 😊

Nice common area for games, but staff could improve on lost and found requests.

The hotel has a very modern and bright vibe. I loved how welcoming it felt, especially when I brought my dogs in. they seemed to think they were at a luxury spot! The commons area was fantastic, with plenty of games like pool and Connect 4. It made for some great family bonding time. Breakfast options impressed me as well. definitely a highlight of my stay. However, the elevators were out when I arrived. I had to haul my suitcases up the stairs, which was a hassle. Also, the texting from staff each day about my stay felt intrusive. They should ask first rather than assuming guests want that. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service and cleanliness, but there’s a bit of room for improvement on communication and facility functionality.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities
We had a wonderful one-night stay in a clean and modern King Room. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, making our experience enjoyable. We loved the common area, where we played pool and enjoyed board games with family, though more seating options in the room would have been nice. Breakfast was decent, but it would be great if they had more options available earlier in the morning.

nice style but lacking in comfort
The room was nicely decorated, featuring a modern dorm room style. I absolutely loved the full-size toiletries provided, which made my stay feel more upscale. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my brief visit.
However, the bed could have been more comfortable for a good night's sleep.
